1. Raw Material Preparation
Raw materials are pre-treated and weighed to ensure that they are added to the reactor in the correct proportion.
2. Esterification Reaction
Esterification reaction is the first step in the production of polyester resin. The dibasic acid and diol react at a certain temperature and under the action of a catalyst to generate an ester bond and form a prepolymer.
3. Polymerization Reaction
After the esterification reaction, polymerization reaction continues under high temperature and high vacuum environment to further increase the molecular weight of the resin and form the final polyester resin.
4. Cooling and Exhaust
After the polymerization reaction is completed, the resin in the reactor will be cooled by the cooling system, and the excess water or volatile substances will be removed by vacuum to ensure the purity of the resin.
5. Dispersion and Mixing
After the resin completes the reaction, it enters the disperser for uniform mixing to ensure the uniformity and stability of the resin.
6. Post-processing and Packaging
After post-processing processes such as cooling, filtering and drying, the final product is packaged and stored, ready for delivery to customers.
