1. Raw Material Storage and Transportation Equipment

• Raw material storage tank: Used to store various raw materials such as dibasic acid and diol, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials during production.

2. Esterification Reaction Equipment

4. Dehydration System

5. Distillation Tower

• Used for refining the reaction product. It can remove low-molecular-weight by-products to improve the purity of polyester polyol.

6. Cooling System

• Heat exchange: Efficiently cools the reaction product to a suitable temperature for subsequent processing.
• Cooling water system: Provides a continuous supply of cooling water for the heat exchanger, ensuring stable cooling performance.

Polyester Polyol Production Process

1. Raw Material Preparation: Input dibasic acid and diol into the reactor in proportion and add catalyst.
2. Esterification Reaction: Esterification reaction is carried out under heating and catalyst to generate polyester polyols, and by-products (water) are continuously removed.
3. Dehydration and Condensation: The water generated by the reaction is removed through the condenser and water separator to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.
4. Cooling and Refining: The reaction product is cooled by a cooler and refined by a distillation tower if necessary to remove low-molecular-weight by-products.
5. Filtration and Storage: Impurities are removed by filters and the product is transported to storage tanks for storage.
6. Water Gas and Wastewater Treatment: Treat the waste gas and wastewater generated during the production process to ensure that environmental protection standards are met.
